These policies apply to all orders placed on this website, operated by ASERA ENTERPRISES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Islamabad, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery time
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 1–3 working days
- Other major cities: 3–5 working days
- Other areas: 5–7 working days
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times can be longer during sales, public holidays or events outside our control.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are used on the skin, we can only accept returns that meet the conditions below. This protects the hygiene and safety of every customer.
You can request a return if
- You received a damaged, leaking or defective product
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
- The product is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery
How to request a return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Keep the product unused (except for defective items), with its original packaging and seal
Items we cannot return
- Opened or used products, unless they are defective
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse
- Items bought on clearance, unless they are defective
Refunds and exchanges
After we approve your return, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your bank account, mobile wallet or original payment method.
Allergies and skin reactions
Please read the ingredients before use and do a patch test first. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

We respect your privacy and only use your information to serve you better.

- Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address
- Your order details and messages you send to us
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages you visit, collected through cookies

We never sell your personal data. We only share what is needed with courier companies, payment providers and service partners who help us run the store, or with authorities where the law requires it.

Products and prices
- We try to show products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual products may look slightly different.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
- Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Orders
We may cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect or incomplete delivery details. You will be informed if this happens.
Product use
Our cosmetic and personal-care products are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Always follow the directions on the label.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, brand names, text and images, belongs to ASERA Enterprises (SMC-Private) Limited and may not be used without written permission.
